Companies to Classrooms Duluth is a unique organization addressing two important community issues, education of our children, and keeping our environment clean.

Today’s teachers receive very little money to spend on supplies to enhance the learning experience. Consequently, many teachers spend their own money (as much as $800 a year) for basic needs such as paper, glue sticks, art supplies and more.

Companies to Classrooms Duluth addresses this problem in a unique way. Donations of excess supplies from local businesses and individuals are collected and displayed in a “free store” for teachers. Teachers from the greater Duluth/Superior area Private, Parochial and Public schools are welcome to shop once a month for supplies for their students and classrooms free of charge.

The Benefits - reducing the amount of waste going into the landfill and at the same time enhancing the learning experience of our area students. A simple concept with profound results!
