You don't have to have children to be a troop leader, and in our changing world, parents often don't have the time to serve as one. Are you retired, fresh out of college, or have a group of friends or coworkers that want to create a cooperative troop? All are welcome!
By sharing your time and talents with girls, you will help them:
-
Discover new skills and abilities
-
Connect with others
-
Take action to make the world a better place

The Troop Leader/Adviser works cooperatively with the Assistant Troop Leader in all activities and/or opportunities of a troop. Including the ability to generate girls’ interests and curiosities about the ways in which they can discover themselves, connect with others, and take action to make the world a better place through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE).
