Family night volunteers needed at our Middle School - Lincoln Park
Duluth Community School Collaborative is looking for volunteers to help support set up, general event support, and clean up after.
Date -February 5th, 2026 Time 5-7PM
Hours and time slots needed for volunteer help
- Set up 3-430pm
- Actual event 5-7pm
- Clean up 7-8pm
Volunteer Description - Set up will consist of helping set up tables, get garbage cans out, help community partners carry in supplies if needed, space support staff with set up for our speaker etc. Actual event help will be helping at the check in table, walking around seeing if community partners need anything or if you can assist them, helping our staff with the food and duties that might come along with that, and general event support as a whole. Clean up will consist of cleaning tables, food area, and putting tables away. Also bringing garbage back to the cafeteria or disposal area etc .
Evening events include:) having community partners table with fun games/activities and resources for students and families, along with serving a meal, having a guest speaker from UMD ,and music as added entertainment. The focus of the evening is on managing and addressing signs of anxiety.
