a. Greet customers upon arrival and thank them for shopping at Encore
b. Inform customers of sales, discounts, and free area.
c. Help customers if they need assistance.
d. Help Cashier bag purchased items. Wrap fragile items in paper before
bagging.
2. Maintain Store Appearance
A. Straighten displays throughout the store.
B. Restock items left in changing room or on the rack outside the changing
room.
C. Pick-up items that have fallen down and put item back in its original spot if
moved by a customer.
D. Walk through store several times during shift to ensure it looks clean and
attractive.
3. Donations
A. accept donations
B. Offer a receipt for the donations. Leave the receipt blank so the customer can fill in the
details.
