Come play for a day! Volunteer at the 2019 Arrowhead Youth Games and open the door to new possibilities in recreation for youth with disabilities. This annual activity extravaganza introduces over 350 youth from across the Northland to a wide variety of adaptive sports and activities. Over 100 volunteers are needed make this event possible, assisting at stations such as cycling, archery, wheelchair races, volleyball, parachute games, Frisbee, hockey, and demos of adaptive sports and activities. All volunteers receive a complimentary lunch, minimum age 16. This event is a cooperative effort between regional schools, the University of Minnesota-Duluth and Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute-Northland.
