Who We Are
Lutheran Social Services expresses the love of Christ for all people through service that inspires hope, changes lives, and builds community. Our vision is that all people have opportunity to live and work in community with dignity, safety, and hope. We have been serving youth in Duluth since 1916.
What We Do
The Center for Changing Lives is a resource center and shelter for youth experiencing homelessness.
