The Mission of Lincoln Park Children and Families Collaborative is to support children and families by connecting them to resources and opportunities, embracing our cultures, and building community and well-being through strong and equitable leadership.

We focus on charitable and educational activities for the Purposes of:
* Enhancing the lives of the children and families in the Lincoln Park community.
* To coordinate supportive services to children and families in the Lincoln Park community.
* To provide assistance in accessing community-based services to enhance and improve the lives of children and families in the Lincoln Park
community.

Lincoln Park Children and Families Collaborative intentionally partners with the Lincoln Park community to cultivate a diverse environment by accepting people from all ethnic, faith, LGBTQAI2S+, economic status, and cultural backgrounds. All children and families are welcome to join together with us to strategically strengthen our inclusiveness and collaboration.
Geographic Service Area
Our organization’s primary geographic reach is the Lincoln Park neighborhood area in the City of Duluth, within the 55806 zip code. Some of our programs serve the larger Duluth and St. Louis County areas.
Awards
In 2016, our Circle of Security class received a Promising Practices Award from The University of Minnesota, DHS Office of Economic Opportunity, and Minnesota Community Action Partnership.
In 2017 and 2018, we received Pinwheel Awards from Minnesota Communities Caring for Children for excellence in the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
In 2018, we received a Trailblazer Award from the Center for Prevention at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota for our efforts in restricting the sale of flavored commercial tobacco products, including menthol, to adult-only stores in the City of Duluth.
In 2018, we received a 2018 Award from Northland Breastfeeding Coalition recognizing Lincoln Park Children and Families Collaborative as a breastfeeding friendly business.
In 2018, we were recognized by the Minnesota Department of Health for having met the highest standards of excellence as a Minnesota breastfeeding friendly workplace.
In 2019, we received a Pinwheel Award from Minnesota Communities Caring for Children for excellence in preventing child maltreatment and creating safe, healthy, supportive environments for children and families.
