Who We Are
Our mission is to provide (1) a safe, clean and friendly place for both members and nonmembers to be able to come and use for both shooting and non-shooting activities; (2) a place for education both in the shooting and non-shooting elements; (3) a place for all law enforcement to use for training; B. To promote good character, honesty, good fellowship and good sportsmanship in its members and guests; C. To be active in the community and support other organizations as the club sees fit; and D. Any other purpose(s) approved by the Corporation’s board of directors or members from time to time and authorized by chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
What We Do
We train people on the safe handling of firearms, provide a range of shooting sports including; archery, sporting clays, trap shooting, skeet shooting, a pistol range and four rifle ranges. The grounds are also used by the Bayfield County Sheriffs for training and certification. The biathlon club of the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation uses our rifle range for practice. The grounds are also available for special events that may or may not include shooting activities.
