Who We Are

MNeurodivergent is a volunteer-led nonprofit based in Minnesota that supports autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults by creating spaces where they can connect without pressure, stigma, or judgment. We believe that neurodivergent people deserve community, belonging, and opportunities to be authentically themselves. Our organization was founded by neurodivergent individuals who understand the challenges of navigating a world that often lacks understanding and accessibility. We are committed to centering lived experience in everything we do, from social events and public outreach to advocacy and education. Through inclusive programming and public engagement, we aim to reduce isolation, raise awareness, and help build a Minnesota where neurodivergent people are not just accepted, but truly welcomed.

What We Do

We organize low-pressure social events across Minnesota designed for autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults. These events are structured to be accessible, sensory-considerate, and affirming, helping reduce isolation and foster belonging. In addition to hosting in-person gatherings, MNeurodivergent engages in community outreach at festivals and conventions to raise awareness, offers peer-led support and mentorship opportunities, provides free or low-cost resources to neurodivergent individuals, and promotes public education around neurodiversity, inclusion, and accessibility. Our work is entirely volunteer-powered, and we welcome people of all identities and neurotypes to join our mission of building a more neurodivergent-friendly Minnesota.
