The Sustainable Farming Association advances environmental stewardship, economic resilience and strong, diverse communities through farmer-to-farmer networking, education, demonstration and research.

The Lake Superior Harvest Festival is put on by the local chapter of the Sustainable Farming Association. This is a premier event featuring a huge farmers market, art and craft fair, energy fair, live music, and more.
