Help Mentor North promote Summer Fest, our annual fundraiser supporting youth mentoring across the Twin Ports!
Volunteers will work in pairs at one or more public locations in Duluth to promote advance admission and raffle ticket sales in partnership with this year’s raffle host, Glen Avon Masonic Lodge #306. Volunteers will engage community members and build excitement for this festive summer event. Ideal volunteers are outgoing, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with the public. Orientation, staff support and materials will be provided.
Note: Summer Fest itself is a 21+ event. However, as a youth-serving organization, Mentor North may consider responsible teen volunteers for this Day of Caring opportunity if paired with an adult volunteer for additional guidance and support.
Day will be divided into 3-hour shifts, with 2-3 volunteers covering each shift.
