Founded in Duluth, MN in 1919 we were the 10th ever Goodwill in the world.Each year True North Goodwill serves over 600 people in our community through our mission services and programs. Our vision is that all people have the opportunity to obtain meaningful employment, strengthening communities and transforming lives for generations.As a 501(c) Non Profit, we rely on a volunteer Board that represents the communities we serve and contains in its membership a variety of skills that make for an efficient, effective, and mission driven Board. True North Goodwill has a process for selecting prospective board members based on their area(s) of expertise and the needs of our agency at the present time.
