The purpose of Community Engagement and Partnerships (CEP) is to work with external organizations to build capacity, coordinate activities, integrate expertise, and provide channels to reach all disaster affected communities, particularly traditionally underserved populations. This position focuses on supporting regional development of holistic effective, diverse and inclusive partnerships and providing support to multi-agency collaborative efforts and partner activities. The Red Cross is looking for an individual who is able to assist disaster clients, to utilize their own spiritual resources, values and faith in the midst of crisis, regardless of one's faith tradition. Volunteer: Red Cross: Blood Drive Volunteers Needed (Quarterly) Ashland & Bayfield Counties

Be part of our work to help save millions of lives each year by volunteering as a blood donor ambassador and welcoming donors who give the gift of life.

Blood donor ambassadors welcome donors to blood drives and provide friendly support before and after they give. This can include helping donors to register, answering their questions and assisting them at the refreshments table.

We ask that someone interested in volunteering for this position is able to commit to at least four shifts a year (average shift is 5-6 hours). Training will be provided.
