Farm to School Field Day at Lincoln Park Middle School
About this EVENT
The Farm to School Field Day is a hands-on capstone educational experience tied to 7th grade Science & Family & Consumer Science learning standards. Students will rotate through 6 hands-on stations focusing on food access, local foods, sustainability, pollinators, soil, and compost. In order to further ensure smaller student groups, students will also experience a naturalist-led hike on trails, a nature art-station, as well as a station led by Hartley Nature Center and a station with goats.
