Position: Manager, Healthcare and Community Partnerships (Volunteer)

About the Role: As the Manager of Outreach Specialists, you will play a crucial role in expanding the reach of our impactful virtual visit program. You will lead and mentor a team of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about connecting older adults or students with our program.
Our Outreach Specialists work to spread the word about our virtual visit program by reaching out to various organizations and groups around the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide ongoing guidance, support, and mentorship to the volunteer Outreach Specialists.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly check in with specialists to ensure their outreach activities align with Conversations to Remember's standards and goals.
- Tracking & Reporting: Oversee the tracking of all outreach efforts, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Follow-Up: Ensure effective follow-up on all outreach initiatives, optimizing conversion rates for program participation.
- Strategy Input: Contribute to the refinement of outreach strategies to maximize program enrollment.
