Help us measure the impact of our community's generosity!
After donations are collected, Head of the Lakes United Way needs volunteers to sort and count school supplies that will be distributed to local students. Accurate counts help us celebrate our community's impact, recognize donors, and plan for future needs.
Responsibilities:
- Sort donated school supplies by item type.
- Count and record quantities of supplies.
- Organize donations to prepare them for distribution.
- Work alongside fellow volunteers in a fun, team-oriented environment.
Time Commitment:
One or more volunteer shifts during the conclusion of the Stuff the Bus campaign. Shift lengths are approximately 2 hours.
Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable with basic counting and organization.
- No experience necessary—just a willingness to help!
This behind-the-scenes role plays an important part in getting school supplies into the hands of local students and helping us share the incredible impact our community made together.
