Aspirus St. Luke's Hospice is looking for volunteers to help provide haircuts for Hospice patients who are unable to transport out for a haircut. Volunteers are as needed and utilized to cut, and on occasion, style hair at patient's bedsides according to their needs.
Volunteers must:
- Have and maintain a current license to cut hair
- Have a minimum of one year professional experience
- Complete a hospice training and required paperwork
- Have ability to work independently and provide his/her own transportation
- Complete a MN/WI Background check and TB test (completed by Aspirus St. Luke's)
Hospice volunteers can provide a wealth of compassion, support and comfort to patients and their families at end of life.
