Who We Are
The mission of the Finland Minnesota Historical Society (FMHS), founded in 1986, is to preserve the history, culture, and "Sisu" of the early Finnish settlers in eastern Lake County, Minnesota.
What We Do
We achieve our mission by maintaining the Finland Heritage Site, which includes a museum, the historic John Pine Homestead, and other structures that showcase pioneer life.
