Superior Rivers Watershed Association

Founded in 2002 as the Bad River Watershed Association and recently expanded to include the entire Chequamegon Bay Region, the Superior Rivers Watershed Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Ashland, Wisconsin which engages watershed citizens as stewards of our clean water resources. Mission: To promote and protect clean water resources in Wisconsin’s Lake Superior basin. Vision: We envision a future where citizens are stewards of their watershed.

We engage community members as stewards of streams and rivers through volunteer water quality monitoring, restoration work, planning, and education and outreach.
